A great Australian saying when everything is going to be good.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLimited to 36 bottles, we will not have these again for another three years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLimited Edition Elle Sera Pommes, was made using biodynamic apples and aged in a ex-Apera, oak cask for 3 years.  The barrel was toasted to a No.5 char and previously held Barrel Aged Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine.
