Brian from Mansfield Honey has spent a life time caring for bees and finding them the best homes where they can thrive ... and produce some honey too. We were privileged to spend time with Brian while he regularly tended his hives at Swiftcrest Distillery. These hives produced the honey that went into our first batches of our Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine. Our produce would not be the same without Mansfield Honey's beautiful honey. We savour it at every opportunity.
