Kick off the "Find Your Wild"  weekend with a relaxed and flavour filled evening celebrating wild food and local produce presented by Swiftcrest Distillery. 

Join well-known Mansfield local, and parrilla master, chef Cody Louis (Honcho, Stallion, Coffee Merchant) as he serves up a curated menu showcasing the versatility and deliciousness of produce from our region.

Enjoy a "Dutch Hunter" welcome cocktail created by Jimmy Burchett (Blackbird Melbourne) made from Dutch Apple Pie Moonshine, Delatite Wines Pet Nat and a Swiftcrest Whisky Rinse.

Hank and Carrie Thierry welcome you to Swiftcrest Distillery for a feast cooked over fire in a unique outdoor kitchen, this intimate dining experience will set the tone for the weekend.
