Step into the world of Swiftcrest - where wild landscapes, organic ingredients and spring-fed stills define every drop.

Begin with an optional guided distillery tour and tasting that traces our journey from the high country to your glass. You’ll sip through a range of spirits shaped by native bush, mountain air, and the cool spring water that flows through the property.

Then settle into your private dining pod - a cosy hideaway nestled in the landscape. Enjoy hand-crafted spirits and choose your own local harvest grazing platter, be surrounded by the sights and sounds that inspire everything we make.

Include the option of a meat pack, sourced from local farms which you can prepare yourself on your private BBQ.

The addition of a Bottle & Mixer pack allows you to settle in and make the most of your time in the pod.

Private Pod Hire is $75.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. 

Private Pods are limited to 8 people.

Our bespoke Pods have been designed to melt away the stress. Listen to the rustle of eucalyptus leaves and the soft calls of king parrots in the distance. 

Each Pod has its own mini bar fridge stocked with ice formed from our natural granite filtered spring water.  Select from the finest organic mixers from Daylesford and Hepburn Springs.

Breads and Crackers:

Accompanying these delectable cheeses and meats are freshly baked breads and crisp crackers from our community bakeries. The assortment includes rustic organic sourdough slices, hearty grain crackers, and artisanal lavosh, providing the perfect canvas for your culinary journey.

Fresh Fruits:

Immerse yourself in the vibrant hues and sweet juiciness of locally sourced fruits. From plump, sun-kissed strawberries to orchard-fresh apple slices, our grazing board captures the essence of the local harvest season.
