Our Limited Edition La Fiera Limoncello is a new annual edition made for the Myrtleford La Fiera Italian Festival.  We use organic traditional "Amalfi" style lemons from a friends farm in Eildon. These are hand peeled and infused into our organic vodka spirit for over a month and then cut with a mix of organic sugar and our granite filtered spring water.  The result is a traditional style limoncello bottled at a higher 40% abv the flavour is clean and bright and full of lemony zest.

We love it neat, with soda water or in a Sgroppino!

Sustainability underpins every single drop of our handmade Vodka's, Gin's and Whiskey. We are completely "off grid" and use wind fallen timber from our property and a wood fired boiler to heat our stills. We grow our own botanicals and use water from our natural granite filtered spring to make our spirits.
