A bottle from Swiftcrest Distillery's 1st release whisky. We have been ageing spirit in a number of 30G barrels for over 21 months and expect to have our first release available in approximately 18-24 months.  We imported barrels ourselves directly from the award winning USDA organic certified Journeyman Distillery located in Michigan, USA.  The barrels have previously held a various grain bill including bourbon, rye and a combination of rye and corn made to the first president of the United States, George Washington's own recipe.
